Very normal and I would...
Liked: The check-in process was simple.
Disliked: The hotel is rated as 3-star but failed to meet the criteria. The room was very ordinary and the breakfast provided was restrictive i.e. very less choice. And the worst part is that they charged 15 EUR extra for the additional bed while we were checking out. It was not informed in advance (either in email which we received from booking.com or in person while checking in). The total amout paid was 137+15= 152 EUR and there is no value for money paid.

Very good
Liked: The place is clean and comfortable. The single room is basic. No coffee or water in it.
Disliked: The dropping key from letter box system works, but does not fill u with confidence before u arrive, especially since phone call to find out more about it was answered "sorry, no speak English"

a poor hotel, never more
Liked: the location is good, it is a close to downtown
Disliked: The hotel is old, the furniture is old, the bathroom is old. The breakfast was really poor, no scrambled eggs. The staff dind't speak english, that is terrify. The hotel does't accept card! I had to pay a garage by cash without any bild. Then the hotel accused me of not paying! Never more.
