Liked: It was a basic hotel
Disliked: Was expecting a better room, they claim to have a rooftop bar, later it was told it is just a room balcony. Bathroom was not very clean.

Liked: The hotel and staff were amazing. Tuan, the bellman, made sure we had everything we needed. He really went above and beyond. From the champagne upon arrival to the kindness in the people, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place, good breakfast but...

Liked: Courteous staff which greeted us with friendliness and a glass of champaign. Nice way to start vacation after long drive into the city.
Disliked: The mini bar in the room with snacks sitting out as if I was in a mini mart and not hotel room - kind of trashy. Would rather have mini mart near front desk or in room near lobby.Also, parking was difficult but that’s SF
