Liked: Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Love Mortimer’s and morning continental breakfast. Also love the 30 dollar credit and water upon arrival!
Disliked: Sometimes areas of the hotel are too busy and loud. Late nite goings on with going in and out of rooms and slamming doors quite annoying. More annoying than outside city noise!Needs to be some sort of courtesy to have guests be aware to be quiet after a certain hour. Maybe like 11pm

Liked: The only thing I liked was the staff. They were Very understanding when we made a request to end our stay early and move to another hotel. Champagne was also available which was really nice. They also were accommodating any time we had to call down to make a complaint. But it was literally one thing after another after another.
Disliked: The room was cold and the engineer could not get the heat to work in the room. The heater made a high pitched noise after he worked on it and we had to use a space heater to try and get warm. We changed rooms and the drawer wouldn’t stay closed. The bed was uncomfortable. The handle on the toilet tissue came off- couldn’t put it back on and the actual toilet tissue holder was pulling away from the wall. It was a cold, wet and grey day and the stay at the hotel made it worse.

Liked: Central location, a few miles from the Chase stadium and local theaters.
Disliked: Parking is a little tricky, but once we figured out the valet parking next to it it was fine.

Disliked: When we got there, it was in the worst part of town. It was completely disgusting and filthy. There was no parking like they said there was we ended up just getting another hotel and not staying there. I called to try to get my money back. They said they would refund me, but I’d have to go through bookings. I called bookings and bookings said that they couldn’t get a hold of them so I ended up losing all of my money and didn’t even stay there extremely unhappy with all of this

Liked: It was very close to the Curran theater. It was clean, the staff was friendly and at night they have a doorman standing outside to keep the rifraff out.
Disliked: No cons.
