Disliked: The room was dark. Only lamps no actual light fittings in the room. The shower was abysmal, the worst water pressure ever

Liked: Loved that you had a glass of champagne every day, it really scratched the post-exploration need for a drink! The $25 allowance was also very welcome. The bell man was so lovely as were all the staff. Location was great, with no trouble from the slightly-too-close-for-comfort Tenderloin.
Disliked: The lift and hallways were a little dated. The breakfast was extortionate, even with the daily allowance discount. There is a rooftop on the photos, but it wasn't accessible during our stay.

Disliked: luke warm shower and hot room...not air conditioned well and no control over thermostat. Didn't appreciate front desk telling me it was my responsibility to report the issues earlier...I had no time for issues to be resolved at midnight which is why I chose to stay here and spend good money. It was their responsibility to make sure the room was adequate in delivering what was promised and what I paid for before I checked in.

Liked: Staff were absolutely amazing! They offered us a complimentary glass of champagne upon check in (and daily during our stay), complimentary water bottles, daily dining credit, complimentary cable car rides, and more! I let them know that we were celebrating my birthday and anniversary that weekend, so they put us on a high floor with a great window view! They were very responsive and fast when we needed anything fridge and ice brought to our room. Will definitely stay here again, hospitality and service were outstanding!
Disliked: Parking/valet at the hotel was very expensive. Ended up parking at a nearby garage which was a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Wish there were more affordable options for guests.

Liked: Excellent Hotel in Downtown/Theatre District SFO. Everybody of the staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Isaac and Tuan. Thanks to all of them! Great Place to be.
