Liked: Convenient 3*hotel with great location. Mall, bus and metro stations nearby, some of the sights at walking distance. Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. There is a small gym and a rooftop terrace. Nice staff. Yes, you may have to wait a little bit at breakfast, yes, the hotel is beside a main street, but we ate well, slept very well, it is a great choice for families.
Disliked: Some of the food at breakfast I would have expected to be warm at least (boiled eggs or tortilla for example). In the bathroom, there are not enough hangers and the ones you have are not very smartly located.

Liked: Good location, the underground is just a few minutes away.The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious .Breakfast is substantial.The staff members are helpful and are at your service ,help you with anything you need.

Bad

Disliked: There are horizontally revolving windows in the hotel rooms (middle joint, bottom part opens outside quite easily), the window in our room was left open and we had a very scary near accident on 6th floor with our 6 year old in the first 5 minutes of checking in. When we explained it to the staff suggested to implement some security measures (briefing for parents, etc), we just got a generic thanks… windows must be blocked especially as there are smaller windows to the sides. Avoid this hotel for families with kids.

Liked: we were happy about everything. Location was great, we were very close to shops and touristy locations. Plenty of eateries around as well to choose from.
Disliked: Can not complain about anything. We were a family of four, everything was up to our standards and needs.
