Liked: The location was wonderful! The breakfast was lovely and the dining room was updated and colorful. There is also a comfortable TV Office room space on the P Level.
Disliked: Our room was a bit dated-not a city view. The wi-fi was insufficient for my digital nomad needs.

Liked: General clean, comfortable and quit room. Very positive, helpful stuff, nice food.
Disliked: The internet connection wasn't good at all. I had to do work from my room and this wasn't very pleasant. Also, I had asked for a double bed and had two singles.

Great service and nice facilities.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the restaurant and bar staff. I was treated wonderfully by all.The room was spacious enough and comfortable. The bed was fine the pillows not so much.
Disliked: The bath divider didn’t seal very well in the corner (looked a bit worn and torn) so whenever the bath/shower was used water would fall out on the floor and quite a puddle was formed (even by the cleaning staff).

Liked: Super staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Good location for bus station (sete rios), airport and of course the Gulbenkian

Liked: The hotel is very nice in the outside and the lobby and all the personal was very nice
Disliked: The rooms need a urgent renovation, the furniture is quite old and in the room smelled funny. The air conditioner is old, you must wait untill it turns on
