Good hotel in the heart...

Liked: Location was excellent right in the heart of the old city close to all tourist attractions. Lot of restaurants and main stores within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are large and bathroom was very nice.
Disliked: They invited us to welcome drinks on arrival. There was just tea,coffee and water. The tea and coffee were both cold and seemed had not been changed in hours. The lift was not working for a day but then started working.

Liked: Centrally located. Quite charming hotel. Small details go a long way. Unique and homey interior, afternoon tea, welcome refreshments for the guests.. quite a splendid experience
Disliked: Maybe need a little improvement with housekeeping/ more thorough vacuuming of the guest room’s floor..

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: 1. Elevator was not functioning during my stay. 2. My room was excellent but quite a walk from the lobby.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience

Liked: Room was excellent. Great bathroom as it had a walk in shower. Plenty of space in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately no one told us beforehand that renevation was being carried in part of the hotel. We ought to have been advised of this. The work did not infringe on our stay although there was a degree of noise early mornings but we were out all day.
