Disliked: We couldn't stay at the hotel because there was mold in the room, and mold is harmful to health. The receptionist was kind, a good person, but when we told him that we couldn't stay due to health concerns and that we wanted a refund, he said he had no authority to do so. The hotel owner, on the other hand, reacted angrily and rudely, not even listening to what I had to say. He yelled 'Stop' at me. I was shocked. In these conditions, the place should be sealed off for health reasons; I don't understand how it's still open. The sheets were clean, but the room was moldy. Also, upon entering the hotel, there was a smell similar to that of sewage. Booking.com does not seem to know or inspect the hotels it sells, and I trusted them to some extent.
