Disliked: There wasn't a real door on the bathroom. Smells easily gone from bathroom to the bed/livingroom

Liked: Location are good, new to Milano Centrale.
Disliked: Staff is not speaking English, room was cold and in poor condition. I had problem with reservation, they couldn't find it and I receive room next door to reception.
