Disliked: Breakfast was not great and the lift didn’t come down to the ground floor which was a nuisance. However, the staff went out of their way to mitigate the inconvenience.

Liked: Locations was convenient to a couple bus lines and metro lines. Staff was helpful. Room was clean, room blocked noise from the street very well. The FREE snack in the lobby were a major bonus -- some fun little bites to try.
Disliked: A/C is only available seasonally -- so a warm fall day was a bit uncomfortable because the A/C was unable to be used. The room was small (but not unlike a lot of hotels in Paris), street noise was very loud in the room when the window was open.

Liked: This hotel was very enjoyable to stay at. First off, the staff were incredible as evidenced by the fact that they were very helpful in providing our family with orientation to our new neighborhood and they even compensated our family with free breakfast for our stay when we had a problem with opening and closing our door due to their recent renovations. The hotel was in a prime location and easily accessible to metro lines 8/9. The facilities and room itself were very clean and their recent renovations made our stay very comfortable. Honestly; I was scared about coming to Paris due to the stories of bed bugs but our room was very clean.
Disliked: That our room was very hot; as per staff the air conditioner was off as it was fall season. They kindly turned the heating off to our room.
