Excellent location, wheelchair accessible.

Liked: The wheelchair accessible bathroom was excellent. The bedroom was spacious and bed height perfect. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, very tasty hot and cold sections. The location was perfect for easy access to all tourist spots, with an abundance of restaurants and bars close by.
Disliked: No onsite facility for an evening meal or snacks.

Elegant stay in Brugges

Liked: Great location, in a quiet part of the town yet a short 10 minute walk from the center of Brugges. The decor and the overall amenities were nice. The breakfast had great variety with hot and cold options plus fresh fruits and fresh juice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The gym was well equipped albeit the space was on the smaller side. We would go again and we definitely recommend it.
Disliked: On the picky side, believe it or not, the (light) switches in the room were very difficult to operate.

Liked: The room was a good size for 2 persons and very modern. The breakfast was very good and tasty especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. They were cooked to perfection. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The bathroom had no heating so it was very cold when you had to shower etc. I understand why the restaurant had plastic plants because there wasn't any natural light but the ones at the reception would have been beautiful if they were not artificial. The sound proofing was not good at all as we had a family with a small child as neighbours and I was aware of all the times he woke up during the night and the time they left and returned the room. Regarding the cleanliness, our room was always clean but there was always a nasty smell near the lift, downstairs as you enter the hotel and even upstairs.
