Liked: Close to beautiful cities with rich history-Fribourg, Gruyere. Friendly staff, with you can communicate in French, German, English and Czech. If you are going on vacation or on a business trip, need accommodation and want to feel almost at home, come here, to Acacia.

Superb

Great hotel, but restaurant crowd...

Liked: Room was great (spacious, quiet, well equipped), breakfast was excellent, playground for children was a definitely plus!
Disliked: The hotel parking lot is shared with the restaurant and was completely full multiple times when arriving, requiring waiting for a restaurant patron to leave or having to run in and have a hotel staff person move the car. Walking in requires walking through many people smoking on the patio of the restaurant.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Parking was free and abundant.
Disliked: The room was very basic (no fridge, coffee machine, or ventilator). It was warm, and opening the window could somewhat help but at the expense of noise from the street. The breakfast was quite limited and basic.

Insufficient from A to Z...

Liked: The yogourts (Y) at the (minimalist) breakfast.
Disliked: My bed broke at 6am; the wooden bed bars broke one after one as I was seating. I am 70kg and I was making no exercise of any kind - The very bad isolation (street and neighborhood) - The minimalist breakfast - The empty reception (at arrival and departure)
