A beautiful hotel in a...

Liked: We loved everything about Hotel Acacia! We have been to Bruges a few times and this was our first stay at this beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely little terrace from our room too. The Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch! This hotel is in a very central location for exploring all of Bruges on foot. We didn’t pay for the breakfast but it did look very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: The location was fantastic for visiting the city centre, the facilities were very good. Parking on site was a massive bonus. Breakfast was brilliant.

Friendly and comfortable not spectacular

Liked: Location. Room was small and shower had no directions and was hard to figure out how to use.Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: More storage and more electrical outlets. A real challenge to plug in 2 CPAP machines.

Excellent Hotel

Liked: Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Perfect location to the main square , bars , restaurants and shops.

Disliked: Construction works started at 9am. Unfriendly staff, upon asking to stop it they told us that they’re allowed to do that as it’s already late enough. Also, when I asked for a toothbrush I was told to come get it myself at the reception desk.
