Liked: This is the second time i stay at Abri! Highly reccommended as its located at the best area of San Francisco. Every single shop just a step away! Not only, all kind of restaurants , cafes are just a step away. High end brand shops like Louis Vuitton and Chanel are also a 3 minute walk! Customer Service at the reception gave us the best experience as they were always helpful and whilling to answer any questions. Also we were given a goody bag upon arrival! A bottle of wine , nachos and 2 bottles of water in a nice hotel backpack. Would definately choose Hotel Abri again when in SF. All kind of transportation to get around the bay area is just a step away! Looking forward to visiting again!
Disliked: Carpets and furniture a bit old.

Comfortable and very happy with...

Liked: I left my laptop and the manager, a lady(sorry cannot remember her name) stayed back. Very grateful coz I was heading to the airport and back to Singapore. Really made my stay fantastic with that service.
Disliked: Didnt realise there was no place selling food in the hotel, would have been nice. But given there are places nearby, it wasnt such a big problem.
