Liked: The position of the hotel is really centered.
Disliked: The quality-price ratio is not the best. For what I payed and to be an hotel 4 stars, I would say room is kind of basic, not really clean, examples: there were hairs from previous customers on the floor, same in the shower. Shower was not really clean, and the dental kit was also open inside the package so not usable.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast. Excellent location. Everything was clean and well kept.
Disliked: My room was around 10 degrees warmer than the corridor and the outside temperature. The air conditioning ever didn't work or had been switched off. I was pouring with sweat every night and this was in February, so it wasn't seasonal weather to blame. I suspect I was just a bad room and/ or the result of the hotel switching off the centralised air conditions to save money in the winter season.

Always a comfortable stay and...

Liked: It’s clean and modern and in a really great location. We’ve stayed here several times now and so it has become familiar and easy.It is comfortable all round and the staff are very helpful.Lots of good cafés, bars and restaurants plus a very buzzy pedestrian street a short walk away.
Disliked: It’s a little tricky to find if you’re driving but the underground garage is fine. (Extra charge) It is undergoing some upgrading at the moment although we didn’t notice much disruption.One point we weren’t too happy about — previously when we’ve stayed you could order an ‘express breakfast’, basically a coffee and pastry or roll at the bar but they don’t seem to do that any more. Pity. (It seems the bar doesn’t open until later in the morning at present, I have no idea if this is permanent or not.)

Liked: Great location and hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Cafe on site and shop. Parking on site. Fully recommend.
Disliked: Very small window made the room feel dark.
