Disliked: Waaayyy over priced. It felt like a motel. Unable to get late checkout? Coffee shop had ONE girl working only while the front desk person sat there staring at her computer screen not busy at all.Very Small rooms. Too crammed in. Not like what the online rooms look like. Bathrooms are tinyThe bed sheet comforter had stains on itNobody to clean your room, like take the garbage out after two days.

Liked: It was very convenient. The accommodations were clean.
Disliked: The mattress was not comfortable. There was no info given to me when I checked in or in the room. Such as how to access the internet. Or places to eat in the area.

All things considered it is...

Liked: Breakfast was a little pricey and a limited menu but the food was very good.
Disliked: Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking!

Liked: I liked the really excellent staff, unique decor, comfortable bed, and location that was walking distance to our concert venue (Ford Akins Arena), food and drinks and the Foundry, and free EV trickle charge.
Disliked: There ought to be free, high-quality coffee in the lobby, like most other hotels at this price point offer. The coffee set-up in the room is kind of janky, and isn't a good substitute. The nice cafe could still be there for expresso drinks and snacks.
