Liked: Location was close to classic center which is why we were there (GMEA all state)
Disliked: For a four star hotel, it didn’t look like a four star hotel. It felt like a three star with maybe some history.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. Very colorful.
Disliked: The bathroom had gobs of long black hair in the shower. The shower didn't look clean. The sink was backed up. The bed was rather worn out. When I mentioned the shower being dirty to the staff (We were leaving because we didn't discover the shower until too late ) There was no apology, just the comment that they would tell the housekeeper. Also only some of the plugs worked.

convenient location

Liked: working in Athens for 1 day at the Performing Arts Center. this was a very convenient location for me to walk to work. the property is unique and well maintained, parking is very convenient right outside the room, and it is pet friendly. all plusses for me. thank you for a wonderful stay.
Disliked: everything was great

Never again

Liked: The staff was horrendous. The only nice and accommodating staff member was the room manager. They need to clean the stables there asap. There is a guy working on evenings that grunts when he answers the phone and the African American lady at the front desk is one of the worst humans I met. They are both judgmental, lazy and rude. The rooms are filthy. Our checkout was at 11:00 and we came up to pack at 9:30 just to discover they are in our room tossing everything around as they are setting it up for the next guest. I would never stay there again. Simply disgusting!
Disliked: Everything. They need to shut down, re-evaluate and start over.
