Pleasant

Liked: It was a place to sleep, nothing more. A few stairs to the apartment, decent English, and a breakfast of breads and jams. Good location to the train station. They also were very kind and let us store our luggage on site after our check out time.
Disliked: Since English was difficult we didn't receive much help about recommendations in the neighbourhood, so we figured it out for ourselves.The walk from the train station to the hotel was easy.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed...

Liked: Super central, close to the main station
Disliked: The so called bathroom was hell, it was not even a room but only a small shower with an integrated toilet and sink, you cannot shower without causing a mess, can't put your stuff anywhere, there isn't even a toilet brush!!! Plus your sh** comes back up cause the toilet isn't flushing properly.......Towels are so thin they become seethrough when used. Blankets are thin too.Not much to pick from at breakfast and not even enough to make you full.Bed so small a person larger than like 1,65m won't fit, also very slim so you and your travel partner need to be as well...You have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the hotel (no elevator).Could be a little cleaner and the staff more friendly.Half of the plugs didn't work.In my opinion they try to make money with the least amount of effort, too expensive for what you get.

Liked: Mini fridge was great.Location was fantastic, only 4min walk to duomo, etc.Room was big enough, clean.
Disliked: Bathroom was VERY tiny!!! Ridiculously small. Dangerous step up into the bathroom, thru only a half a door, had to turn sideways to walk thru the door. Your foot was in the shower when sitting on the toilet, seriously. The Shower head sprayed into the corner where the shelf was. Zero room to wet, wash, rinse.No protein at breakfast. No egg, or coldcut or yogurt. Room was big enough, clean.The lights were too dim to see or read.Doors locked very difficultly..note: 2nd floor means 53 steps! Which is Brutal carrying luggage, there was no one to help Us.'Towels' were literally tablecloths not absorbant at all, not soft.Host was Grumpy when we asked for a 2nd coffee.

Disliked: I wouldn't class this as a hotel ,there was no one on reception or the building after 8 pm apart from guests.I didn't feel safe in this building should an incident arise, e.g, fire ,also twice my husband had to go to someone's door due to excessive noise at 2am I did e mail owner but still no reply.There were other guests in the evening treating breakfast area as late night meeting point for drinking, which is just outside the bedrooms.
