Liked: Staff are the best!!! really the best, gave loads of directions for walking around and seeing the best of Amsterdam, and tips for restaurants.
Disliked: Lighting in the bathroom is bad, terrible if you need to shave or put on makeup.

Liked: Warm welcome & orientation. Location is great for Museums & high end shops but quiet street meant a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable Bathroom was compact with good shower. Very clean & room made up in the day with fresh towels
Disliked: Room decor & corridors felt very dated. Room lighting subdued which is fine but no additional lighting if needed for reading, hairstyling or packing, etc

Liked: The hotel is close to the Concertgebouw and Van Goh museum. The room was great with a great bed. Breakfast is small but enough with a delicious coffee. All employees were attentive, sympathetic and communicative. They are willing to help you as much as necessary.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful, nothing to complain about.
