Liked: Location is amazing
Disliked: Somethings were a bit old. A couple sockets in the room did not work. And they only Valet as there’s no onsite parking. That was a bit expensive, but other than that it was great stay.

Beautiful and intimate hotel

Liked: Perfectly located in West Hollywood. Very calm street for LA, yet within seconds of all restaurants and bars. Exquisite decoration. Room and bed are comfortable. Complimentary breakfast, simple but fresh.
Disliked: On a 12h only stay, I’ve managed to cross 3 different people at front desk, none of them greeted me with a smile. Very cold welcome at check in. At check out he said you’re good to go, without even looking up from his screen. Very poor level of service to me.
