Very limited rooms facilities and...

Liked: location
Disliked: x2 deluxe rooms...Zero pressure on the shower and no racks for the towel, had to put it on the toilet! No storage options for bags before checkin opens No desk or safe. The room is literally 2 beds and a built in wardrobe

Disliked: The deluxe room was on the top floor and no lift ,on advert mentioned kettle in room after asking for one the second day of asking I got a kettle … for a deluxe room the bed and mattress was very poor quality… the halls leading up the to next floor smelt of poo all the time walking up to our room and leaving it always had an offensive smell on the landings … a little let down as I paid £700 plus for 3 nights stay no breakfast incl ,
