acceptable.

Liked: did not like for the price. didn't bother the second morning. Not worth the price.
Disliked: no selection. Especially for the price. Easier for us to go somewhere else.

Liked: Location, staff friendliness, bath shower, TV has a Chromecast!
Disliked: Room's roof has water pipes showing since the roof is high, TVs are very small, heating isn't very good

Beautiful hotel in a perfect...

Liked: We stayed in an absolutely beautiful, enormous corner room with spectacular views of the river (and cruise ships coming and going), lower old Quebec City, and the Frontenac lit up at the top of the hill! The location was particularly appealing, as it afforded easy access to arrive by car while also near so many restaurants, shops, and museums, yet was located on a very quiet (safe) street). The hotel had overbooked the room we had originally reserved, so they upgraded us at no additional cost to a suite and it did not disappoint. There is a parking deck near the hotel, so getting in and out of the city by car was quite easy. We will stay here again on our next visit!
