Great Quebec escape!

Liked: The location was everything!
Disliked: I liked everything! I wish we had a room on the high floor but I think booking with booking.com and not directly. They won’t give you that perk.

Liked: The property was centrally located in Quebec city within walking distance of the Fairmont, hotel, and beautiful boutique stores. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.
Disliked: The room had potential for improved coziness, but its spacious layout felt a bit open. By rearranging the furniture and adding some decorative elements, the overall comfort and warmth of the space could be enhanced significantly.

Loved it!

Liked: The staff, the location, the room was all amazin. Everyone was super friendly and I loved the convenience of the wine card!
Disliked: The first night there was a problem with hot water, the second day the coffee machine ( milk frother) did not work.
