A gem of a hotel; prime location to get to many attractions; staff very professional; Bellman was courteous and very helpful - gave us a history of the Hotel which was wonderful; cozy lounge/restaurant for drinks; extremely accommodating with rainy day check out. We will be back and will highly recommend the Renaissance 57 to friends, family and business associates.

Liked: Welcoming staff; concierge; bedding; ambiance; location.
Disliked: Lunch service was very poor in the in-house restaurant - food very average; ordered coffee which was not available; the restaurant was not particularly crowded; staff did not appear to be confident or clear on who was to take care of our table; cob salad had almost zero lettuce.

Lovely stay, bed comfortable, staff...

Liked: Great location, easy to find.
Disliked: We booked some time ago and had breakfast included I. The price - however they no longer offer breakfast and we have been given an e-mail address to contact the manager at to get this part refunded.

Liked: Location was ok. Walking distance to multiple places.
Disliked: There was no Breakfast. The hotel mislead us prior to our visit. We were offered a small compensation each day however we were out of pocket forking out for pricey breakfast at local establishments. The rooms were very average and dated. Very basic and I would not want to stay there again. No facilities to make a tea or coffee in morning. Not a 4 star as advertised. I would say 2 star.

I ENJOYED MY STAY AT...

Liked: I DID NOT HAVE THE BREAKFAST.I LIKED THE FACT THAT YOU ARE LOCATED ON THE SAME STREET AS MY SON ,THATS THE REASON I CHOSE YOUR HOTEL.
Disliked: THE LEVEL OF TRAFFIC NOISE IN THE ROOM,TREBLE GLAZED WINDOWS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR SUCH A BUSY CITY.
