Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff....

Liked: Excellent location, we walked over Brooklyn bridge to explore, and went out for Chinese in the evenings for dinner. Staff were excellent, really professional without being overbearing. Views were magnificent. Also lovely space for tea/coffee from 8-4pm everyday, and amazing rooftop views. Highlight recommend.
Disliked: No complaints!

OKAY but overpriced.

Liked: Room size and decor. Location in Chinatown and walking distance to LES, Soho, Chelsea, subway, etc.
Disliked: Bathroom counterspace was non-existent, especially inconvenient for sharing, but okay if you were alone. Only 1 bathrobe provided. Common space / upstairs was bright and spacious but there was only complimentary coffee, not even any water glasses or water. Lack of services in general.

Great place and location

Liked: I loved the cleanliness of the room I stayed in and how they cleaned everyday. That made me feel less of a germaphobe staying there. Loved they gave specifically natural spring water to us at check in. The second floor and top floor were awesome.
Disliked: The smell of so many stoners reeking.

OK stay despite curt front...

Liked: Very clean - comfortable. 2nd floor morning coffee was great and the rooftop patio on the 2nd floor was also wonderful. Location is tough for Uber and taxis to get to. They have to fight through bridge traffic and often times dropped our ride after a minute or 2. Allow an extra 10 minutes above and beyond what the app tells you. Great maid service.
Disliked: Poorly designed room - example, no place to put your toiletries. No exhaust fan in the bathroom -- room got very humid when we showered and smelled rank when we used the toilet. Front desk staff was curt and far from warm and welcoming. Bell staff was great- bag check was great. Note 11AM check out time is a bit early. They want to charge you $75+ for a late check out - even on a Monday morning.
