Friendly and helpful staff, comfy...

Liked: Location: Very well communicated by tube and 5 minute walk from central bus station Plaza de Castilla. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was perfect, it exceded my expectations.

Good location for train station,...

Liked: The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, especially the man who assisted us, 10/10 customer service! The room is clean, basic. The location was good for us as close to charmartin train station and we walked to the Bernabeu stadium.
Disliked: The bed! It was so uncomfortable, felt springs in back and had terrible sleep. Please update the mattress and everything is fine!
