Liked: Wonderful staff, great location, all our requests were fulfilled promptly. No issues with mattresses/sofas in our room, pretty quiet (10th flor). The room description mentions a kitchen, however, it’s impossible to cock anything as only a microwave included. It’s unclear why there is a dishwasher—there are no dishes at all.
