Disliked: Dirty, sloppy front desk personnel, not high end as I thought.

Disliked: We were promised a view of Downtown with 12 foot cathedral windows, and paid for the room that would deliver on that expectation. Instead, the room had a view of the in construction parking garage across the street. Don't advertise what you won't deliver.

Great location, uncomfy beds

Liked: The location was amazing. Centrally located to downtown and Boise State. Very clean and the staff was very nice
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the shower was very small. The glass on the shower did not keep the water in and splashed everywhere. Also, my husband is tall and the shower head was very low so he had to squat down to get wet.

Liked: We have stayed here for many years when it was known as the station house? Anyway, it’s always been a good hotel with a great location and you cannot beat being connected to Chandler’s restaurant.
Disliked: Way too expensive for our budget, just once in a year we can stay here
