Very clean, efficiently-run hotel serving...

Liked: Very clean, nice room & ensuite, buffet breakfast tops & location very good. Dry cleaning service the best I encountered during 2 months in Europe.
Disliked: The lift failed, altho that was no real bother for my 3-day stay because I was only one floor up. Despite that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Nice spread for breakfast with some variety.
Disliked: The lift was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. I was traveling with my 75 year old father, we had suitcases and other bags. I asked if we could have a room on a lower floor but we were denied the request. No offer was made to help with bags. Even a discount would have been appreciated but we were just told 'sorry'. This is bare bones accommodations. The newly redone rooms have been painted in fun, lively colors but the place still feels a bit run down. We were given one coffee pod for two people. So we shared

Liked: Everthing about Hotel 38 was fantastic. Modern and clearn rooms and faciltiies, insanely comfortably beds, great breakfast and a brilliant location. Really couldn't have asked for more.
Disliked: Couldn't fault it.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to the city center, close to S bahn, tram. Hotel was nice and the room clean. Good choice for a short stay.

Good location and excellent breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was really good- lots of choice and regularly topped up.Location was very convenient and close to an S -Bahne station and tram line.Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Rooms are very compact and not entirely represented in the photos. Staff were courteous but not very friendly.
