Cannot fault the hotel, great...

Liked: The location was fantastic, very central but was still quiet and pleasant. The room was small but it was totally enough for our needs; it was nicely decorated and modern, beds were very comfy and the bathroom was spotless, and the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were nice and helpful and there was a lot of options for breakfast- very nice and fresh food.
Disliked: Maybe could have been a safe in the room.

Nice city hotel close to...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice, with nice seating arrangements and great diversity of food offerings. Nice also to have coffee in the room. Location was good, close to major museums. Very nice bathroom and shower; comfortable beds, good lighting and good supply of electrical outlets for device charging.
Disliked: The hotel's elevator was broken, and staff said it would not be fixed until well after our four-day stay. The room they reserved for us was on the 4th floor (which by U.S. standards would be the 5th floor), and we were expected to walk up the stairs. The desk attendant was not very understanding of the fact that although we are in good health, we are 83 years old, and that number of steps would be really problematic. Finally, she relented and gave us a room on the 2nd floor; steps were do-able although it still was a lot to do multiple times a day, The room was attractive and nicely decorated, but it was very small -- not much room for more than the beds and two small wooden chairs that certainly were not designed for relaxed seating. The lack of any lobby with comfortable seating made the small room size more of an issue.

Liked: Complimentary breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was just what we needed for a few nights in the city.All clean and comfortable!
Disliked: Housekeeping starts early, around 9:00 AM, and my bed was by the door so it woke me up in the morning.
