Exceptional

Liked: Lovely, clean, great location, fabulous breakfast and Nicola on reception is an absolute star!It really fely like a home away from home.
Disliked: Everything was so lovely but the pillows were a bit too flat for me. I know the size and shape is normal for Germany but a more supportive option would be amazing.

Amazing experience

Liked: First of all, the room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the location was very central. Breakfast was rich and fresh. We couldn’t ask for more than this. Thank you to all staff that working in there!

A great city centre retreat.

Liked: The Hotel 38 is central to everything. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lots to do around the hotel and great transport links right outside the door.
Disliked: The room had no tea making facilities. We had a double bed with 2 single quilts.
