Satisfied the needs, nice stay
Liked: Nice location, clean, helpful staff
Disliked: For some reason room had no hanger nor furniture. We had to put our clothes, things and luggage on the ground. Extra blankets only at request. TV remote was missing.

Disliked: There was a mouse in the room ( I HAVE RECORDER ) Running behind the refrigerator where there was a hole . Staff phone was off, the website didn't answer emergency calls, Booking.com didn't answer it was horrible and I stay there at least once every two weeks can someone help me please before the vid is released PLEASE!!

Disgusting AVOID at all costs
Liked: Nothing. This hotel is disgusting.
Disliked: This hotel is disgusting and dangerous. Burnt controls on the AC, burnt light switches, fire alarm hanging out of the ceiling, constant over powering train noise, rude staff on the counter, left my stay after 2 days, refused to check us out early, provide a refund for the remaining stay and refused all communication since. Do not stay here, you will regret it.
