Surpassed all expectations

Liked: It was absolutely exceptional and perfect. It was my mother's first trip to Paris and I'm glad I chose this hotel. The hotel has a modern chic style... The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean... Cosy vibes and we had a balcony overlooking the street too! Which was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic! And the 2pm - 2am open bar/cafe! Wow - my favourite coffee in Paris! They were so kind to allow us to access this during our early check in where that morning cuppa was a god send and even after check out they allowed us to access it! It was incomparable hospitality. Also - a complementary room mini bar - I've never experienced this before! I've already been looking for my next trip back with my husband - and we can't wait to be back! Also - location - top top top! Oh and the bed - it was just perfect! Slept like a baby!

Disliked: The bathroom was old a little and the pillows are not so comfortable but it was ok

Liked: Reception were friendly and provided early access to the room. Very good communication with advance check in online.
Disliked: Strange room layout and decor was soiled, especially carpets. Could do with some refurbishment.
