Convenient location but wouldn't stay...

Liked: Super convenient location. Comfortable bed, overhead lighting. I saw a lot of negative reviews after I had already booked so I got nervous. It turns out my room was in the main building, which it sounds like is the better one? The AC worked fine for me, despite the reviews I read to the contrary. I also saw mentions of bedbugs in recent reviews; I checked the mattress myself before unpacking anything and my room did not have any. Overall it sounds like their "north tower" is pretty bad, but the main building was alright. The room was just really nothing special.
Disliked: As I mentioned above, nothing special here. The room was sparse and felt kind of creepy, there was no peep hole in the door so it was strange not being able to look into the hallway before leaving my room. The shower was in need of a tile floor upgrade; I ended up getting some plastic shoes to wear in it because I couldn't determine whether it was dirty or the grout was just really old. The first night I was there there was no hand towel or floor mat for the shower, though they did appear after the first cleaning. One other note - I arrived early so they held my suitcase for me up front in the lobby. It was clear that someone had been smoking in said lobby just before I arrived, so I was wary to leave any soft-sided bags in there for fear of the smoke permeating them. Overall, the quality was not worth the price I paid.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. Although there is one elevator, it is very fast.
Disliked: I booked a room with a balcony. The balcony was empty without any chair while I see other balconies with chairs. I asked twice and it didn't come. Besides, the room was outdated. Must be renovated. Also full of rust, mold, dirt
