A good location and reasonably...

Liked: Location and size of room
Disliked: Communications were poor and inconsistent about access arrangements and were dependent on having a smart phone - they sent an entry code, but if your phone is not working/low battery it was problematic. And there was no breakfast available.

Wish we’d stayed in Novotel

Liked: Location great
Disliked: Tired, no facilities, no staff, access to the hotel and bedrooms done with an access key which is reliant on your phone and watts app, no kettle in the room, loo in a ridiculous place right next to shower with little room around it and so your knees hit the wall when you’re sat in it, no blind at bathroom window and overlooked.

Affordable place to stay for...

Liked: Easy check in, friendly staff when they were present, virtual check in
Disliked: Noise from church bells and passersby walking down the street due to the side of the building we were on (the Sunday eve was less noisy).

Great hotel in centre with...

Liked: Great location,comfy bed but very noisy outside one of the nights we stayed. Staff were friendly-although we only seen them at breakfast time. Breakfast was a good selection too.I would say it was a bit pricey for a single bed room

Great location, but too modern...

Liked: The location is great, the breakfast spread wonderful!
Disliked: Other than the breakfast lady and cleaner, there is NO STAFF there. And I really don't.like the electronic key on my mobile. If you don't have internet, or the battery is flat, you can't enter.
