A good place but the...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast with a view on the cathedral was a very inspiring start of the day.
Disliked: The check-in was done in a different place, and the lady at the reception there was not attentive - she kept talking over the phone whilst there was a queue at the reception... my reservation was paid in advance, but she still attempted to get hold of my card data, claiming it was not paid yet, so beware of that. And later she claimed, that the breakfast was not paid for - so be sure to keep all the receipts with you. Also the room key was for some reason programmed to end at around 08.30 am, even though the checkout was at 10 am, so that was another problem to solve.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is very convenient in the city centre
Disliked: This is definitely the worst hotel I've been to for a very, very long time. The room is very empty and depressing, there is a TV but it doesn't have any cabel channels even though the hotel clearly states on its booking.com site that they do. The same thing with the "view", if there is a view, it's definitely the saddest I have seen. They also claim that the rooms are soundproofed but you can hear people in the next room coughing and you can hear people talking on the street in a normal voice. The toilet flush button barely works. The nightlamps don't work and if you want to have some light, the only option you have is to turn on both the main lights above the bed and the ones in the tiny hall part. Such a disappointing experience, and especially for such a high price. Definitely never coming here again.

Lovely hotel in centre of...

Liked: Hotel was very clean and efficient on-line check in. Very nice breakfast. They have a bicycle shed for safe storage but it is located in a nearby hotel- few minutes walk away.Fast wifi.
