Liked: The exceptional location
Disliked: The bed system is a bit dated

Perfect stay

Liked: The room is very spacious but cosy and comfortable. It was really warm ! That’s very important in Christmas time. The hotel is in the heart of the town. During the Christmas period the gluhwein chalets are just in front of the hotel door. The view to the Cathedral was perfect
Disliked: I lived at the 4th floor it was quite challenging to go upstairs without an elevator, but it was still great. Thanks!

Great location, but nothing fancy

Liked: Location was a great location for walking access to the city, but it was very loud outside between 10pm-2am
Disliked: Pillows were small and nothing more than a little fluff. Water in the shower…it took about 5 minutes to warm up to tolerable, and then became scalding hot very quickly.

3 nights at the Christmas...

Liked: location
Disliked: very seldom hot water in the shower and tap. No tea making facilities or way of getting hot water.

Liked: right in the heart of the action. a stones throw away from the Christmas Markets, Cathedral and Rathaus. larger room with sitting area.
Disliked: bedspread had stains on it. no coffee making facilities.
