Worth the stay for the...

Liked: Fireplace and seating area outside was nice, breakfast was decent. Front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was nice.
Disliked: It’s an ok location, close to the highway. Room wasn’t too comfy, beds are super high, not ideal for kids. Crib was provided after hours of asking for it and was not clean. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay, with a decent price.

Excellent Customer service your staff...

Liked: Complimentary shuttle was perfect and your staff /driver Nick exceptional.Debi at the front desk was excellent, knowledgeable, about the entire property. Greeting was spot on for customer excellence. Breakfast was just right. Great location to the next-door store, truck stop which is perfect. Early check in and perfect check out time. You are key on customer service. Would absolutely refer.
