Liked: Comfortable bed, nice room, care staff, great location. We recommend (we are a family for three). Clean, location, staff, pillows, amenities, fridge, iron and set, microwave, PERFECT.
Disliked: Nothing

Ideal for a week in...

Liked: Downtown Manhattan. Ideal for someone who doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg on accommodation.

Great location, very noisy

Liked: Great location, in the middle of Manhattan, close to multiple subway stations. Daily cleaning.
Disliked: The room was very small, but we were aware. We had to sleep with earplugs for the whole stay because the noise from the street was not bearable during the night. The door was not closing 100% so we have had some light entering the room during nights. We asked to switch the room but it was not possible.

Disliked: Terrible pillows. No comfortable chair. No coffee in room.Always put on hold when calling hotel.No instruction on how to use TV.. No broadcast channels

Liked: The location is superior. Good deal for the price.
Disliked: The rooms are small, but we didn't mind it, because they were clean and the bathroom was really spacious.
