Very convenient and overall fine.

Liked: Location was amazing for us as it was a few steps from the Shakespeare theater and the restaurant we ate at.
Disliked: The only issue had to do with bed covers. The bottom sheet was a top sheet and not quite big enough for the mattress. The covers were light and there were no extra blankets.

Liked: Loved the hotel, location and staff. The only negative remark is the cleanliness of the room. It was not vacuumed before we checked in. Seemed to have dog hair and other guests hair for a while on the floor.

Great location at a reasonable...

Liked: Nice hotel, reasonably priced breakfast Buffett and Bar (not used at the same time). Staff was all friendly and helpful. The first room had a view of a wall and no mini fridge, but they were able to move us to one with a view of the city/mountains with no fuss.
Disliked: The pillows were too thick and hard. They hurt my wife’s neck, and I used a towel instead.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was just where we needed it. The bathroom was spotless, as well as the room.
Disliked: The pillows. Wish they were larger and softer. The room assignment looked over the roof with 3 more floors above and we felt like we were in a hole with absolutely no view except roof and brick walls on three sides. It wasn’t a problem because we stayed out all day.
