Liked: I like that it is down the street from my home and great get an away for my hubby & I anniversary.
Disliked: My room smelled really bad & then they tried to cover the smell up with cleaning products which made it worse. From a distance the place looks great but as you walk in it’s obvious that not 1 window in the place has been cleaned in long time elevators are smelly & disgusting I didn’t want to touch a thing. All the kids were barefoot in the lobby running all over the furniture while their parents hang in the bar. For the price almost 300/night during off season for this environment a total rip off. I understand school vacation & kids there for pool and very expensive to up keep pool & keep environment clean, but I think there should beyond be a different price for those that do not have children with them and no plans to use the pool area. Definitely needs a good douching, and maybe some rules for the kids in lobby especially hectic as is with people trying to check in, park, hang in bar, not a good look to have kids barefoot running in lobby all over furniture (especially after the VID)!!I think the most frustrating thing of it all was knowing I live 2 towns over & know hundreds of illegals took over hotels just up the street from here & don’t pay a thing..pretty disgusting to be honest. Overall my hubby & I did not let it ruin our time together. The amazing dinner with our boys at the 71 West couldn’t have been any better. The environment, the staff, the service, & spectacular food, started our night to a great start & that’s how it ended!

Disappointing

Liked: The pool and splash pad
Disliked: No ventilation in bathrooms mold and dust in bathroom vent that did not work, mattress extremely uncomfortable. No hand soap in bathroom near the pool, no hand sanitizer in the gym. I was charged an extra 20 dollars to come an hour early when my family came 4 hours early and was not charged. Will not go back.
