Liked: Location
Disliked: The soap was opened and used when I arrived.The fridge did not work. The light in the sink area did not work. Only one outlet worked.

Poor

Liked: The restaurant Pacifico next door was the only good thing about this hotel.
Disliked: Sinks and tubs are backed up and don't drain well. Shower curtain had some type of yellowish goo on it. Towels were dirty. Beds were broken and didn't seem clean.

Liked: It was easy to get to.
Disliked: Staff was not super friendly. We stayed in older part above pool and it was loud and drafty. Staff seemed annoyed and elevator was out of service.

Liked: sizeable room, near the road and facilities like eat outs and supermarkets like target.very kind staff.peaceful stay.
Disliked: The facility can clean the room more often for enhanced freshness

Liked: The facility was very close to the medical center where I had an early morning procedure scheduled.
Disliked: The beds were a little soft for my taste.

Liked: The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is essential but ok.
Disliked: The air conditioning motor inside the room is extremely noisy and must be shut down overnight (in winter this implies very cold room).The window does not insulate the room properly from the cold.The curtain does not block the light completely in the early morning.The south elevator was broken and the north one has a broken button (I showed the photo to the staff)
