Exceptional

Liked: Very modern, comfortable
Disliked: Hotel is changing brand and is currently undergoing a bit of refurbishment, so eating options are not operational.Not a problem as we knew this before our stay.

Disappointing and sad.

Liked: We have been going to Hotel 115 and it used to be a special place for us. We loved having the full restaurant and room service experience.
Disliked: Now the Sebel has taken over, they’ve closed the restaurant and stopped room service. Basically you get the room and that’s all. And the towels were really scratchy. If we had known it had undergone this transformation we never would have stayed there.

Pleasant

Liked: Generally clean, functional, and helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: The air-conditioning didn't function properly. Also there was something not working with the TV that the staff had to fix for us.
