Liked: Staff, room with best views ever!! The restaurant, All Water, had to be the best hotel restaurant we have ever encountered. We are old and have traveled to over 80 countries, this hotel experience will always stand out.

I don't like to stay...

Liked: The room was amazing. A really good view of the water. A comfortable bed. I especially liked the tub.
Disliked: The valet was great but really costly.

Liked: Great location, restaurant downstairs was delicious, but most importantly the staff and room service were exceptional. They took care of things I didn’t even realize I needed.
Disliked: It was expensive but I don’t take many trips like these, so it was worth the splurge.

Wonderful family stay in Seattle

Liked: There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

A lovely place but they...

Liked: An exceptional spot to stay in downtown Seattle. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with luxurious touches that make the stay extra special. The location is perfect. A short walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Highly recommend.
Disliked: The bellman scrtched my brand-new Hermes bag. What a shame
