A beautiful gardens the rooms...

Liked: The property is absolutely beautiful. It has the most pristine Gardens with all different types of plants and walkways.
Disliked: The room was very plain, one bed, two small end tables, a TV on the wall, one small table in the corner. No decor or chair to sit on or nice furniture like I had remembered in the past You either sat on the bed or went outside.

Disliked: We asked for a silent room, the hotel assured it was silent but there were workers and machines below our balcony

Beautiful gardens but we didn't...

Liked: The hotel is well located and has beautiful grounds and garden.
Disliked: We were in Cuernavaca to visit family and so only used the hotel to sleep. The check in receptionist gave us very little information and didn't seem very interested. It was unseasonably cool and yet there were no blankets to put on the bed so we were cold. There was a loud party going on when we arrived which could be heard in the room. The walls are thin so we could hear noise from other rooms and the WiFi didn't even work in our room and on the morning we left there was not hot water.

Little paradise in Cuernavaca

Liked: Beautiful garden, nice big room, with view to the garden, the room was so clean, the bed was comfortable, tastefully decorated, there was a pool but we did not use it.The food was very good at the restaurant

Disliked: Sewer smell in the bathroom all night couldn’t sleep… had to change rooms which was a bother.
