Liked: Excellent location in a posh neighborhood. Has direct beach access. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Bus to Old San Juan and to airport pass nearby.
Disliked: Very old furniture and little equipment in the rooms: this hotel deserves a total renovation. Front desk and bar staff quite unconcerned. All in all, it's too pricey for what you get.

Would 1000% stay here again!

Liked: It is a small, local, hotel right on the beach. It's perfect for someone who doesn't want the resort feel but still wants to be on the beach. I also loved the neighborhood. There are so many great restaurants that are a short 15 minute walk.
Disliked: I'd explore other restaurants nearby, the one on the property isn't the best.

Liked: It’s all about location. Right on the beach Great beach barNothing fancy, if you don’t like hearing the ocean this place is not for you. We loved hearing the waves crash.

Liked: I love the location of the hotel.
Disliked: There were a lot of places that were stained, rusty and that needed updating.

Liked: Beach front is beautiful and the property is in a nice residential neighborhood
Disliked: The rooms are a little bare but for the price its a great value
