Nice staff, nice stay

Liked: I found this place after my hotel cancel all my booking cause I arrived one day late, I m very glad I found this place, i stayed in a shared room and I end up to extend my stay.The gentleman that showed me the room and the lady from the reception were very pleasant, very comfortable Location was nice
Disliked: I realized they have an amazing rooftop but looks like abandoned. Would be great if they manage to bring life to it

I like the location and amazing decoration on the first floor.

Liked: The owner could speak in English, so thankfully, I was so helped when I was in trouble.
Disliked: I didn't know how to adjust the temperature of the shower. Also, to catch wifi was little hard.

Amazing hostel

Liked: This hostel was a perfect choice for me. The staff is super friendly, Juan, Ronald and Karen were always taking care of everything. The property is well located and Alex (the owner) is very attentive with the guests. I highly recommend you this hostel if you ever come to Bogota.

Not very good value for money, lacked basic cleaning

Disliked: They attempted to double charge us at check-in and we had to prove we had paid via banking appAll rooms were quite dirtyNo soap in any bathrooms, broken tiles, mould, dirty floors, toilet paper sparseKitchen in one of the buildings had all you need but in the other building had no plates, cutlery, microwave, oven Our private room was only accessible by walking through the 8 person bunksRoom was up 5 flights of stairs with no liftNeed an eye mask and earplugs as there are no curtainsRooftop was nice but incredibly dirty and unused
