Liked: Location is good but not worth it with just how bad this hostel is
Disliked: - Blood on sheets and on floor- Needed 4 keys to get in to our room yet at some point of the night someone broken in and stole our bags. Hostel owner wouldn’t let us see camera footage. Spent the whole next day at the police station. My 2 friends and I only stayed 1 night. We asked the owner for a refund and he refused. Not safe! Not comfortable! I wouldn’t not recommend staying here.

Liked: Great location at not a bad price.
Disliked: Room had some shonky electrics and was right near a street that had constant load buskers and partying through the night. An ok accommodation for party goers, not great for a family.

Disliked: I booked female dorm, but they gave me the room next to reception, which two small room inside ( not like the description or picture) , no explain. The room so old,dirty. I sleep the small room inside and the room outside sleep the manager, i just saw him when i came back in the evening. 2 girls explained that he sleep short time, not overnight. Ok i accepted beacause i cannot find new hotel. But he slept overnight. In the morning, i cannot open the door beacause the left many luggage from othe guest front of door. I yelled so lout and no answer, but i can hear the voice from reception. I called the reception but they said i just jokes. I tried to open the door, and request explain from the manager. He ist unfriendly, too rude, and said that, if i don't like, i can go, he give me money back and gave me 5 minutes and then i must go. Wow, is unbelievable and i forgot to take picture . The man in reception also like that, i paid 33 euro but he gave me just 31, when i request 33 euro, he gave but he also rudeAll of them look at you so badly, rudely , (except 2 Africa girl), no apologize, no explain. Never never suggest

Liked: friendly environment, cheerful holiday atmosphere; good chance to have a pleasant conversation with fellow visitors while looking for something essential like a hairdrier or waiting for your turn to use the bathroom
Disliked: they don't provide towels! if you need one to take a shower, they will charge you extra. they don't make beds, you have to do that yourself. the currency rate is a bit different from the official. anything you touch is in pretty bad condition.

Great location, but very old...

Liked: The location is amazing. We visited the city in december and all the prices went up because of the christmas markets. This hostel was relatively cheap.
Disliked: The matress and pillows were horrible! Old, dirty and used up. You share the bathroom, but I didn't expect it to be this dirty and leaking. The staff uses the appartment to wash the towels. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The staff walked in our room when we were in bed and they don't knock.
