Liked: SCAM ALERT FOR BOOKING.COM. BOOKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT, PLEASE ANSWER MY MESSAGES. HOSTEL COLOURS IS SCAMMING GUESTS WITH EXTRA PAYMENT OF FULL BOOKING COST! HOSTEL REFUSED TO THE CUSTOMER DESPITE OF COMPLETE PAYMENT TO BOOKING.COM!
Disliked: Hello,The guest did not check in because hostels Colours employee demanded an additional payment of 100 EUR + CITY TAX on arrival, even though the booking was already fully paid. The confirmation document was provided! EMPLOYEE TOLD THAT Hostel: “NEVER RECEIVE MONEY FROM BOOKING.COM”This is unacceptable and appears to be a scam. Please return the money immediately!

Disliked: Loud drill music from an employee taking over the whole hostel, very dirty, BED BUGS, liars: they'll make you pay more when you check in for bed sheets, locker, "fake" city tax, etc...

Disliked: Dirty, cold room with windows without handles with black windows (foil) and abandoned broken metal blind, loud - acoustic rooms.
