We enjoyed Granada

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the hotel decor was very nice.
Disliked: The service was a bit slow and required multiple requests for coffee and long waits to be seated or for drink requests.

Great location with attentive staff

Liked: Great location near important popular attractions. . Excellent helpful staff. Spacious clean room. A surprise bottle of cava when they discovered it was my birthday. Wide choice of hot and cold food in breakfast buffet. Attractive old facade with a new extension

We absolutely loved the hotel,...

Liked: Great location as close to many things but not on a loud area.
Disliked: We booked for the spa and the facility was closed for repairs. They should have offered a service or something to compensate.

Fabulous location if you are...

Liked: We had a superior room in the main house which had some of the original house features remaining. Wooden ceiling, mosaic floor. Lovely comfortable bed and good bathroom. The restaurant and breakfast was excellent and so were all the staff.The hotel is located in the centre of the city which suited us and you walked straight out into the main streets with wonderful shops, restaurants and bars. Granada is surrounded by hills and has a lovely atmosphere.
Disliked: Unfortunately on our two night stay the Spa was closed due to a burst pipe and there were no treatments or access to the pool and facilities. As this was the last 2 days of our holiday we had been particularly looking forward to the Spa.Nevertheless it didn't spoil our stay and we would happily return.

Liked: Position and staff was pleasant and helpful. The principle building is nice.
Disliked: We stayed in the new wing. The room has nice layout and was spacious. The problem is the smell from the drainage in the bathroom which was very unpleasant. Curtains were difficult to handle and don’t cover full windows.

Modern facilities in a beautiful...

Liked: The room was large although the excessive use of glass for every internal wall (including bathroom) was a little off-putting initially. The external space was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Disliked: Slightly understaffed in the bar area.
