Stunning Hotel with outstanding staff.

Liked: Staff were brilliant. Location is excellent. Spa is small but very good. Evening meal in the restaurant was also very good.
Disliked: The breakfast options were very limited, especially the cooked breakfast menu.

A good stay in central...

Liked: The rooms are a good size, very comfortable bed. The location is good. The old building looks impressive and grand in the centre of Granada, the outdoor space is lovely.
Disliked: The room was very noisy, all glass fronted and not sound proof, you can hear all the street noise. The bathroom was a bit tired and needed some maintenance.

Amazing location, nice rooms, not...

Liked: Very nice rooms. Good food at breakfast and good looking premises.
Disliked: staff were late to ask for eggs and coffee. Ordered eggs came after 25 minutes. The spa is very simple with one small hot pool and two small sauna and steam. Not worth the steep price of the room for the spa, really.
