The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back and spend more time at this hotel.
Disliked: The balcony was too small.

A real part of San...
Liked: This historic hotel has original old fashion interiors. The internal garden is a place where relax under the trees and the left elevator transports you back in the past, very nice idea.

Awesome historical hotel
Liked: Great vibes, central location, inexpensive rooms, free drink coupons.
Disliked: Noise from the room above. Someone was walking in high heels or heavy boots after 2am on one night for half an hour, and I had to use earplugs to fall asleep.

Disappointing
Liked: The man working on the front desk was rude and unhelpful . The room was really cold and the heater was extremely loud and couldnt be used , needed to ask for blankets , no in room information , extra security charge that wasn’t explained,no usb outlet in the room and when questioned we were rudely told it was in the clock radio ,which didn’t exist in our room and then we were told to go buy a plug .. really disappointed
Disliked: Customer service , information , facilities in room not the comfortable stay I was expecting

Great place to stay with...
Liked: The room was perfect for me. It had everything I needed and close to the convention I was attending located 3 blocks away. I slept comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: This has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There were some homeless I had to pass by on other blocks when walking back to the hotel from the convention so I wouldn't recommend a female walk by herself at night. My coworkers walked me. The homeless didn't bother nor approached me but it felt uncomfortable.
