The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back and spend more time at this hotel.

Liked: Great location and outside looks stunning and Whiskey & Salt bar very cute
Disliked: The rooms are very old and tired. Aside from Todd (Valet guy who was super helpful and friendly) all other staff were unhelpful or just miserable. There was no bell boy to help with the bags (we even so one women struggle with her bags, dropping them many times) and the staff just looked on and no one helped her so I went to help her)

Disliked: For a historic hotel, the accommodation and amenities are pretty basic. Plastic cups, no hot water bottle for tea (only coffee maker which I do not drink coffee).
