I would not recommend this...

Liked: The casino part was great. Lots of games and with as many people that was there, we were still able to play anything we wanted.
Disliked: The hotel side of the Horseshoe experience was awful !! Mainly the staff was the biggest problem with the place. Everyone we talked to from the hotel was rude and disrespectful. Went to front desk three times and asked for towels and was never given them. Got stopped by security going to our hotel room after spending 4 hours in the casino. He carded us for license and our room key. Was very rude about the manor in which he asked for them. Our beds looked like they hadnt been changed. Found all kind of fuzz and other peoples hair all over it. The room also smelt disgusting.
