Liked: Good:Nice view room 2219.Very helpful reception lady (Lydia, I think), heavy built, in her 50’s dark hair,round face
Disliked: Bad:Stained hallway carpetRude valet staff(light build white guy in his 40’s,50’s maybe with moustache, long/diamond shaped face), I asked if he’s gonna give me a new ticket since it’s a new day, I returned car for second day, he shouted to me rudely “ all I want is your key”, and was waiting for me to vacate car, he was rough, no manners.

Liked: The location was beautiful, and the room was spacious and clean
Disliked: However, I had an issue with the parking. At the reception desk, I was given a key and told that upon checkout, I would automatically be charged $20 per day for parking, which is fine . But when I was leaving, the key didn’t work, and I ended up paying $70 for two days, even though $20 had already been charged earlier. So, parking for two nights ended up costing me $90.I called customer support, and they kindly assured me that a refund would be issued, which I greatly appreciate. However, be cautious, as this might happen during checkout.

Not the best hotel and...

Liked: Doesn’t match price with booking. You have to pay extra 100$ per night because of some “hotel fees”On the app it shows that all taxes and fees included, its not occurred. Location is good, everything is nearby. Casino. If you want to lose all your money, visit their casino, especially slot machines. RTP is very low. Our room wasn’t that clean, window was super dirty from both sides. From inside we could see a lot of hand prints and not only that. Check in! They had check in machines and front desk. Machines works randomly, we wasn’t able to check in so we had to wait 40 minutes to see the front desk agent. The view was good, we could see the sphere and flamingo casino from our room. Overall not the best hotel and casino, definitely not coming back 3/10
