Liked: The first rule we had caught a small fire they replaced us to another room. They told me that they would not charge me for the first night or the resort and still got charge we checked out April 7 still waiting on my deposit to be returned to my debit card. Most people at the first desk has a nasty attitude

Was okay for the money...

Liked: Room was very spacious and comfortable and very close to so many things such as restaurants and other casinos.
Disliked: Room keys didnt work when we first tried to get in to our room and took a little longer than it should have to get sorted especially after travelling for so long but staff refunded one night of resort fees for the trouble, room although spacious and comfortable was a little bit outdated and a little dirty with marks on the walls. Reserved a strip view room and practically had no view of the strip. Also pool was closed which they probably should have advised before arrival just in case it was a reason we planned to stay there.

Liked: Large rooms, perfect location center strip, great price.
Disliked: No facilities, no good restaurant options, long time wait for checkin (shortstaffed). Public spaces, like elevators and hallways rundown. Only few elevators seemed to be working.
