Liked: The room was very clean and spacious
Disliked: I didn’t like having to cross the bridge to get back and forth to Lake Charles, I wasn’t aware that the location was West Lake

one 3/4 of an hour...

Liked: I can't rate because I never got a room. I did stand at the front desk for 1/2 an hour.
Disliked: Taking my money over the phone for over $600 for a one night stay and not having a room when I got there with 2 other groups of people in the same predicament.
