Horseshoe was very dissatisfying.

Liked: Booking.com cancelled my roomi was 20 mins late and I called horseshoe and they said it would be ok but you all had cancelled my room and it was my birthday weekend so the lady at the front desk was rude also

Liked: Room was clean and fresh.
Disliked: 1) Do not like the discriminatory pricing as a non smoker had to pay 9.00 more. No other hotels I stay in make you pay more for for a non smoking room. That is disgusting will not stay here again. If anything it hounds be less making rooms stink and have to be cleaned bette because of soot on all surfaces. 2) No plastic laundry bag for my dirty cloths. 3) Breakfast restaurant so so on food choice.

Liked: Breakfast we had to pay for, but it is a casino. But sides are an extra charge. Want bacon with your French toast? An extra $5.
Disliked: Unexpected fees. When we got there. We had to pay $50 for an unexplained fee.. when we checked out. They charged us $40 for “free” parking and WiFi usage that we didn’t even use… so total it was more than the advertised price. ($70 more) But rooms were nice.
