I'll stay there again

Liked: No problems with wi-fi. Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water in shower. Staff friendly; check-in went smoothly.
Disliked: I woke up long before dawn and was working on my laptop in my room. At 6:30 a.m., a member of the staff knocked at my door; she explained that she'd seen the light on, and thought that I might be gone. Although I wasn't awakened or seriously disturbed by this, it's still far too early for that sort of thing.

Liked: Everything was very clean the bed was really comfortable, I had everything I could need. The staff was very helpful with a map and knowledge of local parks so I could pick the best one for a birding walk.

Liked: Great front desk gal and kitty's for easy quick check in. Very friendly. The room was perfect. We had a jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was wonderful. Quiet stay. Only complaint is the beds are hard.
Disliked: The beds are hard. Uncomfortable.

Poor

Liked: The bed was very hard and lumpy. The breakfast was not eatable. Biscuits and gravy was awful threw away after a couple bites as well as the sausage. Loved the cats and the staff was very friendly. Even though the rate was ok, would not stay again.

Exceptional

I've stayed here before, and...

Liked: No problems with wi-fi. Temperature control worked well, in Nebraska in January. Adequate desk and tabletop space. Good lighting. Bed very comfortable: firm mattress, pillows neither too firm nor too squashy, blankets a little heavier than is usual in motels. No problems with noise.
Disliked: One minor complaint about the shower. After I'd pulled up the knob to switch from the tap to the shower, there was still considerable flow from the tap. The shower flow was adequate, but might've been better; and the hot water running out the tap was wasted. Might need to replace a gasket or clean the scale out of the tap apparatus?

You can't do better than...

Liked: Have stayed here 3-4 times in the last year. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. Consistently the best option in McCook.
Disliked: . We liked everything.
