Disliked: I have been bitten by bed bugs in this hotel room which is extremely disappointing so the hotel staff needs to clean up room 5 as soon as possible and also needs to change the bed.

Liked: There was a nice bar downstairs.
Disliked: It was not clean at all. The beds were not made when we checked in and enter the room. Bed sheets and blankets were used. No towel was there. The second morning we woke up with heaps of Cimex stings on our body which was so painful and itchy for a few days.

Convenient but dirty,

Liked: Location was good. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: I checked reviews before booking here and many said the place was very clean. That was definitely not our experience. The SHARED bathrooms were not cleaned even once during our 5 day stay. They were extremely dirty. Considering the bathrooms and toilets are shared amongst all guests, they should have been cleaned daily. Considering there were not a lot of guests staying there over Christmas, I would say the bathrooms were rarely cleaned due to the build up of filth. Pretty horrible actually. See photos. Parking is also an issue. It says parking near by. There is limited street parking and a tiny alleyway at the back of the hotel, all mostly taken up by patrons drinking at the hotel, which is open until 2am. We had to park streets away on some nights. You also have to move your car by 8am due to parking restrictions. Not a huge problem but should be mentioned that parking is an issue.
