Liked: The young man on check-in was excellent. Courteous, clear communication. Bed was clean and comfortable. Clean carpets, clean toilet and shower area.
Disliked: There were bugs (baby cockroaches?) scuttling in the fridge, and in the cupboard with the food & crockery, and in the shower. I didn't eat breakfast as a result. Bedside lamps, couldn't figure them out.

Liked: THE PERSON WHO CHECKED ME IN AND THE MAID PERSON WHO HELPED ME DOWN STEPS UPON LEAVING & LOCATION
Disliked: NO ELEVATOR. NEEDED TO WALK UP STAIRS TO UNIT. CERTAINLY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.

Disliked: Despite several comments, the lack of operational WiFi was not resolved. This has always been one of the reasons for our choice of Hornsby Inn. Disappointed.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Close to public transport and shopping.
Disliked: Room number 1 was suitable for 1 person not 2 people. Had to ask twice for a towel after a shower, when given towel it was a hand towel.
